Duties

• Perform general reception duties such as answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
• Greet guests and visitors in a professional manner 
• Responsible for managing and coordinating meeting rooms reservations across different business units
• Coordinate conference room bookings such as conference call or equipment setup 
• Arrange and manage mailing and courier services 
• Prepare various expense reports and material usage reports 
• Perform ad- hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• 2 years relevant experiences is required
• Proven stable employment history is essential
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Polite, good telephone manner with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Mature, Self-motivated and responsible
• Proficiency in PC skills and MS offices
• Good command in Chinese/English word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
