Requirements

• F.7 or above, familiar with the hottest Cosmetics and Skin care products.
• 2 years relevant working experience in Purchasing Industry, cosmetic field preferable
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
• Familiar with MS Office operation, including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Above to work in a fast-pace environment and good in numerical sense
• Detail oriented, with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated
• Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations including sourcing andinventory control.
• Negotiate with suppliers for discount and promotions.
• Handle price adjustment and promotion setting.
• Communicate with warehouse to monitor the expiry date of products.
• Conduct product reports to monitor the sales.
• Prepare and upload Product Information in both Chinese and English.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management
