Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general reception duties and manage the reception area, such as greet guests/ visitors
• Responsible for handling general office administration work
• Arrange courier services, mail distribution, answers incoming calls and data input
• Maintain the booking schedule of conference room and office facilities
• Check staff cash & travel expenses and prepare GL report
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Accounts & HR Department
• Assist in organize event and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Required job qualifications for this position are:

• F. 6 or above
• At least 1 year working experience
• Experience in Multi-national company is an advantage
• MS Office and basic computer knowledge
• Good Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Willing to learn with positive working attitude
• Strong team player, pleasant personally and cheerful
• Immediate available is preferable
