Department of Computer Science

The Department is seeking a highly motivated candidate to provide administrative support to the Department. He/She is expected to assist in curriculum-related duties, admissions, publicity, alumni relations, research activities, servicing committees, and performing any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with several years of relevant work experience.  Effective communication skills with excellent command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is essential.They should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in computing applications, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.) and Chinese word processing, is required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years.  Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
