SCHOOL OF CONTINUING EDUCATION

The appointee will be responsible for academic programme administration for Division of Nursing Education. Major duties include: a) coordinating and providing administrative support to academic programmes; b) preparing promotion plans and arranging promotional activities; c) providing secretarial support to committees; d) consolidating data for statistical analysis and reporting; and e) providing logistics support in the events of the School. He/She is also expected to support any ad-hoc duties for the Division as assigned by the supervisor(s).

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least five years of relevant work experience;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills; and
• Good team spirit, self-motivated and positive attitude.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written test. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
