Title : Contract Administration Officer / Clerk

(fresh graduates will also be considered)

Job Objective/Principal Responsibilities

• Complete the day to day activities of the office work according to established procedures, company policies and service standards
• Perform document scanning, filing, packing and report preparation
• Perform document and information checking and data verification and perform system search and data input to system
• Monitor and update the work to supervisor in timely manner
• Effectively communicate within own unit and with other departments/ divisions

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience

( fresh graduates will also be considered )

• Relevant experience in office work
• Accuracy and thoroughness in work
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good PC knowledge and skills

 Educational qualification

• Degree Holder is preferred but Diploma or F.6 or above with relevant experience is considerable
