Located in the Tsim Sha Tsui area of Kowloon, NGC Hong Kong, Ltd. (NGC HK), is the Hong Kong-based subsidiary of Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) and Paper Money Guaranty (PMG).  NGC and PMG are the world's largest and leading third-party authentication and grading services for collectible coins and paper money respectively. As our business in Hong Kong and Asia expands, we looking to add highly motivated self-starters to our team.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Answer customer enquiries from Hong Kong and throughout Asia.
• Input customer submission information into company database.
• Assist with regional sales and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate shipments between customers and our Hong Kong office and between our Hong Kong and US offices. 
• Participate in tradeshow and onsite events.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese. Fluency in other languages is a significant benefit. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities. 
• Ability to multitask and be flexible in an often fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 

Salary is commensurate with experience.
