Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment and selection process
• Help manage the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing candidates to negotiating and presenting offers
• Keep abreast of staff movements and issues, this will be achieved through close interaction with management and employees to understand potential turnover issues and trends
• Provide advices and support on both proactive and preventive measures on employee retention and engagement
• Prepare and formulate Human Resources policies and procedures
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 8-10 years relevant experience with hands-on experience in recruitment 
• Able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
• Mature, good team spirit, flexible, customer focus, detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication, planning, analytical and people management skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is an advantage
