Job Scope

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements and work closely with IT teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of technical solution.
• Take lead in QA, UAT excercises, preparation, pre-UAT QC cycles, etc.
• Support feasibility study and impact analysis and set up COE to provide training to internal and external stakeholders and teams to ensure project delivery
• Enforce Project Governance, Methodologies and Framework (including defining business case, quality measurement plan and benefit realization plan)
• Facilitate end-to-end project implementation and perform ad hoc tasks when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related disciplines
• In-house Senior Business Analyst experience with proven delivery records in business transformation
• Experience in end to end business solution design and implementation for large scale/complext projects is highly preferred
• Solid working knowledge of insurance businesses and challenges
• Team leading experience is a definite advantage (senior BA capacity with over 3 years' supervisory experience is also welcome to apply)
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Chinese speaking abilities is an advantage
• Ability to multitasking and work under tight deadline
• Professional certifications in Business Analyst and/or Project management is an advantage
