Our client, a fast-growing PRC Financial Institute offering a comprehensive range of financial services including Assets Management, Brokerage and Corporate Finance is inviting high caliber and diligent candidates to apply for the captioned position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the fund operation to ensure the compliance with the statutory regulations and internal policies
• Manage private funds and discretionary portfolios
• Manage an investment team and conduct financial analysis / equity research in Hong Kong and China market
• Oversee and mentor the selection and evaluation of products

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in financial industry
• Be registered under SFC RA1, 4 & 9 type license as Responsible Officer
• Sound understanding of Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC Code of Conduct and rules
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese in both written and oral.
