Our client, a Hong Kong Listed PRC Financial Institute is urgently looking for a ECM Director and a SVP for their Global Capital Market department.

For Director Role:

To assist the Head of GCM in identifying and assessing all business opportunities with respect to ECM transactions.

• Overseeing and driving the origination and execution of ECM deals;
• To provide coaching, management and guidance to ECM team members;
• Strategic planning in deal pitching and marketing;

For SVP Role – ECM Execution

• Manage equity transaction projects, lead and guide junior team members in managing client negotiation and work process, project deliverable and timetables;
• Take an active role in the engagement process and fully involve in business development and execution activities;
• Perform scenario analyses, conduct market researches and prepare client presentation pitches on related ECM projects;
• Review existing policies and procedures within the organization to ensure all regulations are aligned.

  Requirements:

• University Degree(s) in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum 5-8 years of ECM related experience;
• SFC Responsible Officer Type 1 qualification is required
• Knowledge in HK stock market and hands-on execution experience of HK IPOs and equity transactions is a must; 
• Excellent co-ordination and communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin. 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as A.D. or S.V.P.
