Treasury Manager

The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the planning, management and operations of the financing and treasury activities of our group companies. He/she is required to

• manage cash and bank payments, and fund-transferring / FX, daily loan, cash management, etc.
• prepare cash flow forecast
• negotiate and review financing documentations with banks and lenders
• ensure company’s or group’s treasury management policies are in compliance with applicable regulations
• maintain relationship with bankers, lenders and credit rating agencies
• other ad-hoc assignments

The candidate should:

• Hold a university degree in accounting/finance or related discipline and be a qualified member of professional bodies such as ACCA, CFA or HKICPA.  
• Have a minimum of 5-year solid experience in finance or banking, preferably with good knowledge of treasury products
• Have well versed corporate finance and treasury management knowledge
• Have good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written, with high proficiency in Putonghua
• Be a team player with excellent analytical, management and interpersonal skills

Candidate with lesser experience will be considered the position of Assistant Manager
