Responsibilities

• Proactive in creating the insurance sales atmosphere
• Devise insurance strategies to drive the insurance sales
• Prepare and conduct internal briefing / training to sales teams
• Analyze, compare and summarize multiple products features
• Work closely with sales teams to meet sales targets
• Support the sales process e.g. regulatory requirements, pre-underwriting and application
• Source and identify new insurance products
• Maintain relationships with insurers
• Joint client meeting for insurance cross selling if necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in sales / sales support / operation of insurance products
• Sound insurance products knowledge
• Well versed in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Good analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Current holder of IIQE 1,2,3,4,5 or ready to possess LT/GI insurance licenses
• Holder of SFC license RA1, RA4 license is preferred
