Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality and professional customer service to client and sales including order placing, IPOs processing etc.
  • Handle customer enquiry
  • Provide administrative support to sales

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-year experience in securities industry & with SFC RA1/RA2 licenses. Knowledge in investment products is an advantage
  • Customer-oriented and proactive
  • Good communication skill and must be PC literate
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • May be stationed at Branches or Head Office as assigned by the company
