Kingboard is a young property developer practicing in Hong Kong. We continue the development in residential and commercial properties for sale and rent in Guangzhou, Shanghai and other cities.

We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our project team in Hong Kong for the follow position:

Building Clerk of Work

Requirements:

•  Higher certificate / diploma in building studies or equivalent
•  AMHKIE or MICW preferred
•  Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
•  Be conversant with quality procedure and be able to inspect in detail, report concisely, interpret clearly and record completely
•  Proven English proficiency
•  Able to communicate in Putonghua or willing to station in China is an advantage

 Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Supervision of building works in various high quality properties developments in Hong Kong / PRC.
• Performing regular inspections of the work on site and comparing completed work with drawings and specifications.
• Measuring and sampling building materials to check their quality
• Recording results.
• Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them liaising with other construction staff, such as contractors, engineers and surveyors.
