Job Description
This is a fabulous opportunity for a high caliber Planning Engineer with NEC contracts experience to join a major infrastructure client in Hong Kong and play a pivotal in the delivery of a landmark ariport project.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitoring progress against contract milestones
- Ensuring timely completion of projects
- Undertaking interface/ coordination checks related to civil, building and M&E works
- Reviewing the work progress of consultants and contractors and reporting any potential issues/ risks to the programme
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 6 years’ of post graduate and relevant planning & programming experience on high value civil infrastructure and / or major public facilities projects
- Exposure to NEC contracts in terms of procurement & administration
- Proven practical site experience in construction planning and programming of civil, building and M&E works
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software tools, particulalry P6
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering or related discipline
