Architect / Coordinating Architect

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture;
• 5-10 years experience required for Architect position with small to medium scale new buildings and building refurbishments in the residential, clubhouse and/or hospitality fields; and min. 10 years experience required for Coordinating Architect position;
• Good detailing knowledge & experience;
• Experience in co-ordination of various team consultants;
• Organized & stable with mature working attitude;
• Willing to work overtime to meet Client deadlines;
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese Language skills. Mandarin skills desirable;
• Good AutoCAD skills.
