Responsibilities

• supervise, control, monitor and co-ordinate the design and installation of all building services works, electrical and mechanical services work, builder’s work, utility services and specialists works in various project
• liaise with clients, clients' representatives, design consultants, project team, main-contractor, BS/E&M sub-contractors, specialist contractors regarding all design, installation, site inspection and operation works in order to comply with the contract requirement in term of quality, progress and programme aspects

Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• For the post of BSI, at least ten (10) years site experience including six (6) years post-qualification in the capacity of building services inspection work;
• For the post of ABSI/WS, at least.three (3) years/one (1) year of relevant site experience in the capacity of building services and E&M works
• Frequent travel to China (Huizhou Factory) for conducting inspection work is required
