Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, the appointee will be required to:

• Perform day-to-day operation support for ERP system, including system configuration, installation, troubleshooting and engagement of vendor support;
• Prepare and review functional requirements, user acceptance test (UAT) specification and documentation;
• Conduct testing and UAT coordination of all functional implementations and upgrades in ERP system to ensure quality deliverables;
• Provide training, retraining and support to end users to ensure the ERP system is used effectively and efficiently;
• Support end users on any issues reported and resolve the issues by closely working with users, IT team and vendor support team; and
• perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A recognised degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent qualification;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in ERP software implementation in the areas of finance and procurement process and workflow;
• Hands on experience in database administration and migration with proven project management experience;
• Solid experience in SQL Server or PL/SQL programming;
• Familiar with programming platforms, such as C/C++, C#;       
• Strong system development knowledge and experience in using Oracle Developer, Microrsoft.NET, Java or Web based development platform;
• Able to work independently under tight schedule and meet deadlines;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
• A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage.
