Job Description:
MissionUnder the supervision of the Brand Director to manage Hong Kong & Macau merchandising and support wholesales & retail teams with reports and analysis.
Areas of responsibilities and key tasks
1) Merchandising
- Definition of stock policy, including End-Of Year Stock Target, assortments and pricing
- Allocations by network (retail & wholesale)
- Inform team on mid-term/short term delivery planning and allocation (in preparation of product launches)
- Follow up deliveries, urgent & pending orders
- Stock Liquidation Action Plans (VIP sales, stock return to MRD, etc): selection and pricing
- Ensure efficient communication between HQ and the markets on merchandising related matters
- Manage POSM allocation and deliveries
- Manage accessories orders and deliveries

2) Reporting and analyses
- Prepare reports of monthly sales and activities
- Analyse sales results and provide specific recommendations (by family, by line, etc.) in conjunction with sales team (wholesale & retail).
- Track sales performance of POS (boutiques and Dealers) on a monthly basis
- Monthly stock analysis (stock level, stock shortage, stock rotation etc.)

3) Special projects
- Work closely with Brand Director on any specific temporary projects
- Coordinate business plan and business review preparation

4) People management
- Lead a team of one to execute team responsibilities
- Responsible for the development plan for subordinate

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years related experience preferably in luxury watch industry
- Solid data analytics skills, high flexibility to work in fast paced environment, independent working style, creative and excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external parties
- Comfortable with systems such as NSI, Essbase etc.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
