Role 

The support analyst role involves working on the support and configuration of global trading systems and offers great exposure to technical (testing, configuration, development, release management, environment management) and service aspects of IT consultancy.

We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, has the ability to absorb information, and most importantly has a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Team

You will be working within a team that is spread across our US, UK, and Hong Kong offices and is accountable for the support and deployment of our FX trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st to 3rd line support of all Celer applications to external clients globally
• Collaborate with relevant team members in full testing cycles, including regression, feature acceptance, and performance testing
• Assist with the release, implementation, and deployment process 
• Manage the JIRA queue and raise any bugs or improvements with full test cases to our development team

Basic Qualifications

• Linux 
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in FX trading
• SQL & Hbase
• Basic Java
