To meet the needs of continuous development, W F Joseph Lee Primary School is in search of a dedicated professional to provide timely, professional and comprehensive support to school.

Responsibilities:

Internal Advancement

• Support and contribute to the development of school‘s direction, strategies, and management models;
• Collaborate with school senior leadership in striving for management and academic excellence;
• Pursue school operational and technological efficiency and effectiveness;
• Drive and lead internal quality assurance and improvement programmes.

External Development

• Oversee and monitor community programmes such as Community Hub, Character Building programmes etc.;
• Enhance school’s capacity building in the areas of people, technology, and institutional resources through seeking external resources;
• Build and sustain relationship with communities and stakeholders (e.g. Alumni, parents and etc.) for institutional capacity enrichment; and
• Coach and mentor staff for institutional development and advancement.
• Perform any other duties/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with 8 years’ relevant experience in quality management and stakeholder relationship management, preferably with some experience in education sector
• Outgoing, dynamic, analytical and detail-minded and capable of meeting tight schedules and working under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and organizational skills with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
