Job Requirements:

-         Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline

-         At least 2 years work experience in IT support

-         Familiar with Windows XP/7, MS Office, Windows Server 2000/2003/2008, Active Directory, Terminal Services, Linux, Samba, networking, VPN and firewall

-         Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese

-         Good communication and interpersonal skills

-         Will be required to work in irregular hours to perform System and network maintenance duties

Job Responsibilities:

-         Provide helpdesk support and technical services to end users on software and hardware

-         Perform installation, configuration and maintenance for desktop PC, printers, servers and network devices

-         Install new software/applications and deploy software patches and updates

-         Perform Active Directory administration and account setup

-         Perform server backup/restore and assist in disaster recovery

-         Assist in IT equipment procurement

-         Update and document technical procedures

-   Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
