Pirata Group are hiring for a Visa Specialist to support our busy F&B company by handling internal and external administration for employment and training visa applications, visa extensions and general immigration services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the application process from start to finish
• Liaising with our offered candidates to gather relevant documentation for their employment visa applications
• Gathering and updating relevant company information to support applications
• Managing communication with Immigration Department to ensure that applications are submitted accurately and on time
• Managing appointments and documents for visa extensions, preparing and draft letters, documents and application forms
• Aside from handling the Groups visa services, you will also support on Recruitment duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years sound knowledge of the visa application process and documentation required
• Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written)

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently using your own initiative, as well as within a team, and be able to work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
