Job Duties

• Assist Chief Engineer in managing the department, supervise the engineering team and contractors’ work for the daily routines, repair and maintenance
• Monitor the engineering projects including but not limited to alternations & additions, installation, preventive maintenance, testing and commissioning
• Assist in managing the energy conservation and cost control
• Provide training for engineering team to enhance their multi-tasks abilities and improve their work productivities.
• Review work orders and set priorities to ensure that works are carried out smoothly and finished on time to suit the operational needs

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder of related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in hotel’s operations and maintenance of which 2 years’ at supervisory level
• Hold a valid Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade B0)
• In-depth knowledge in managing tenders, contractors’ work, testing and commissioning of the related jobs
• Independent and self-motivated, good planning and organizing skills
