Job Description
We are recruiting a number of energetic and forward-looking technical people to work together on our venture.
Successful applicants will have the exciting opportunity to assist in applying cutting-edge technologies in Deep Learning (a branch of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) to a Machine Translation business.
Project manager/business analyst
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for planning and development of company product
- Transform business direction into product feature
- Manage product development cycle, including
- prioritize feature and define cycle scope
- align with technical leaders and turn features into work tasks
- ensure product quality
- arrange cycle end demonstration
- consolidate and analyze feedback
- Support product launching
- prepare demonstration to potential customer
- provide support in sales and marketing events
- First-line customer support
- resolve customers' usage problems
- record potential issues
- analyze issue and arrange for fixing
- analyze new feature request
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- university degree in Business or Information Technology or related discipline
- at least 5 years’ product development/ management experience
- self-motivated and can work independently
- good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
Software developer/programmer
Ideal applicants should:
- possess a degree or multiple degrees either in IT, Computer Science or any relevant discipline;
- be mature, self-motivated and able to work independently; have excellent analytical and problem solving skills; and have a customer-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- have relevant software development experience, preferably knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
