Job Duties

1. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
2. Continuously monitor software, identify problems/defects and regularly report and work with IT technicians timely in enhancing the software’s performance.
3. Provide after-sales service to customers in a professional manner
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
5. Provide project coordination and administrative support to manager

Requirements:

1. F.5 or above with a minimum of 2 years’ customer services experience preferred; working experience in IT, digital or related discipline would be a plus.
2. Knowledge in WeChat Marketing software is highly preferred.
3. Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
4. Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
5. Excellent customer service, good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
6. Self-motivated & well-organized person
