Title : Contract  Senior Officer / Officer - UAT, Corporate Loans Operations

Responsibilities 

• Perform user acceptance test (UAT) for system implementation
• Handle corporate loan transactions in accordance with internal guidelines, service level and regulatory requirements
• Handle enquiry from customers, external parties and colleagues from other functions
• Support team administrative works

Requirements

• Post-secondary or above in education
• With knowledge of loan or creditoperations experience is an advantage
• User Acceptance Test (UAT) experience is an advantage
• A good team player, customer focused and detail-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Tertiary educated in Information System, Business Administration or related disciplines.
