Responsibilities:

• Formulate and enforce IT policies and procedures, including architecture, security, disaster recovery, development standards and service provision
• Devise and manage IT strategies and plans to enhance client support, system performance, and foster innovation
• Manage IT function including resource and project planning and oversee project and product deployment, maintenance, monitoring and support
• Manage system upgrades and conversions and new system interfaces
• Lead and manage new product R&D and external project deployment with subordinates locally and overseas
• Lead and support ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years in IT working experience, of which at least 5 years in IT management
• Good experience in managing ePayment, eCommerce product and project implementation, PMP certification an advantage
• Strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication with diverse audiences including clients, partners, internal team members
  
• Proactive. Good interest in new Fintech and digital technologies
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Occasion business travel may be required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Head of IT
