Responsibilities

• Support in digital analytics implementation through tag management
• Hypothesis-based approach in identifying and analysing customer pain points to improve conversion and drive incremental revenue
• Leveraging offline and online data sources to deliver actionable insights
• Segment customer demographics and behaviour data to identify business opportunities and strategies
• Interpret business requirements from stakeholders into technical requirements
• Enable business users to self-serve reporting data from published data sources

 Requirements

• Degree holder in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or Computer Science
• Experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and tag management is a must
• Experience in Python and SQL, using libraries such as pandas and numpy. Candidates with pyspark experience would be advantageous
• Experience in predictive modelling, A/B and multivariate experiments is a plus
• Knowledge of GCP or AWS environment is a plus
