Job Descriptions:

1. Provide in-house helpdesk support and technical services;
2. Handle daily routine tasks and system operation
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software and computer services Maintenance of desktop PC, Mac, support, patches and updates, etc;
4. Assist in setting up of new PC equipments for users
5. Handle general office administration duties, including office equipment maintenanceand physical access system support;
6. Handle ad-hoc task as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related discipline;
2. 1-2 years or above experience in IT Technical operation;
3. Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Microsoft Office and Windows Application;
4. Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network equipment, Internet, Security and Email technology;
5. Immediate available is highly preferred;
6. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
