I) Generally Support Jobs
- To provide operations support on production applications and PC users to OneAsia customers
- Recommendation on improving performance on the PC
- Equipment set up after relocation
- Responsible for hardware/software testing, installation and configuration
- IT project implementation and perform emergency support as assigned by supervisor
II) Software Support Jobs (general OA software)
- To set up and maintain in-house applications
- Handle general software problems
- Software customization, tuning and testing
III) Special tasks or functions as reasonably requested and agreed by the Client such as but not limited to, IT security check services or operations review meetings.
Requirements:
- 2 year relevant experience in system and PC support
- Experience in Network support for WAN/LAN infrastructure
- Hands on experience in MS Windows XP / Vista / 7 and Windows Server 2003/2008
- Knowledge on Macintosh Support will be an advantage
- 5 day per week
