Reporting to the Manager of I.T Support Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users for troubleshooting.

Requirements:

1. Tertiary educated with majors in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
2. 1 - 2 years’ experience in IT support including network administration work and system operations;
3. Hands-on experience in Microsoft products and operation system;
4. Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn;
5. Excellent communication skills;
6. Strong problem solving skills;
7. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
8. Experience in finance and banking industry would be an advantage
