Job description:

As a software developer at RTX you will be assigned to our team in Hong Kong. Here you will work in a strong team-oriented professional network handling a range of professional headset products and be part of all product stages.

You can be part of designing, implementing and debugging solutions in various software layers, until you have found your right domain (Drivers / protocols / applications /GUI / other). Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with team and team lead on current programming tasks.
• New development, maintenance, and support of high and middle level applications and services.
• Research, document, and troubleshoot technical issues with software and implementation.
• Maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.

Qualifications:

You must be able to work well in a team, but must also be able to work independently when needed. We expect you are flexible and show high responsibility for own tasks. You must be methodical in the approach for problem solving and must have focus on quality of delivered results.

• Hands on experience with C/C++.
• Ability to work in team and independently.
• Be structured and have an organized problem-solving approach towards your tasks.
• Excellent English written and oral communications skills.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related experience.
