Our client is one of the eight licensed Virtual Banks in Hong Kong.
They are looking for a Database Specialist to kick start their business.
This is an once in a life time opportunity.

Office location: Tsim Sha Tsui
It will be a start up environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Mysql database administration including installation, upgrade, performance tuning, troubleshooting, backup/recovery, capacity planning and security administration
• Monitor, tuning and optimization of database systems.
• Database design & performance tuning.
• Improve and maintain of databases.

What are they expecting?

• Experience in Oracle, MySQL and support server OS middleware.
• Banking experience are preferred.
• This position will be hands-on.
• Good problem solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication in both Chinese and English.
• Decisive, ready for challenges, willing to take innitiative.
