IT Manager (technical support) 

Our client is one of listing global company in the industry. They are looking for strong candidate to join their team expansion

Responsibilities:

• Provide full support for network, software Installation as well as office networks maintenance 
• Setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of networks and servers
• Assist in reviewing health check procedures and performing health check
• Perform any other tasks as assigned, manage a team of 2 
• Manage the Deskside Support Team to maintain and support all IT systems
• Provide technical support, trouble-shooting of software system
• Provide application support remotely to all Business Unit stores
• Maintain good service level and response time

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Windows configuration, desktop administration and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
