Our client is a global retailer which is now looking for an IT application specialist. 

Responsibilities: 

-       Customer Service, providing 1^st level support on SAP to users for Finance and Retail and WEB applications areas showing capability to close most of the issues or to execute the appropriate troubleshooting to facilitate the resolution by 2^nd level support executed by Corporate IT;

-       Demand Management for Finance and Retail processes, understanding business needs and translate them into IT requirements to be submitted to Corporate IT;

-       Project Management, supporting Regional IT Application Manager in the management and deployment of any application projects/enhancement required for the Asia region.

-       Training. Management of SAP training to key users in collaboration with Business counterparts for any new feature or whenever needed, with the aim to elevate the SAP knowledge maturity of the user community.

-       Identification, analysis and consolidation of requests for ordinary or corrective maintenance of SAP solutions for Finance and Retail area.

Requirements: 

-       Proven SAP knowledge of FICO and MM, functional and technical.

-      Minimum 3 years related working experience in application support in RETAIL industry. 

-       Knowledge of retail business process, SAP SD module, CRM and BI Reporting is considered a plus.

-       Communication and presentation skill and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

-       Fluent in English and Chinese.
