Our client is sizeable and reputable listed electrical/electronic product design and manufacturing group supplying to general electronic consumer market. 

Key Accountabilities: 

• Formulating manufacturing, technology strategies and production plan to satisfy the customers’ requirements;
• Managing the quality function as well as implementing best quality practices to drive improvement in quality level;
• Coordinate with the product design team for new product introduction;
• Drive and implement best manufacturing practices such as lean, 6 Sigma, where appropriate, for productivity and efficiency enhancement; and
• Develop technical and management competencies of the operation managed. 

Suitable candidate shall be/have: 

• Degree in Engineering, a higher degree is a definite advantage;
• Min. 20 years of relevant experience, of which, at least 10 years of senior operational management experience with P/L accountability gained from sizeable or MNC electronic manufacturing companies;
• Familiar with PCBA and SMT technologies and operational management;
• Well versed with best manufacturing and quality practices, such as 6 Sigma, lean, JIT…;
• A self assured and versatile leader with strong drive for success in a team orientated culture;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese an added advantage.
