Our client is a Foam Cup Manufacturer for lingerie items.   They are looking for a seasoned Production Manager to run their factory located in Dongguan.   

Responsibilities:

• Report to the CEO
• In charge of the overall operations of factory productions
• Develop, revise and maintain production strategies and activities
• Project, establish and implement the master production plan thru working with the merchandising team
• Optimize the resources of manpower, machinery and the production capacity of the manufacturing plant based on the master projection to assure the production is within cost, budget and schedule
• Liaise and cooperate seamlessly with various departments for maximizing output efficiency, productivity and quality improve
• Work with the manufacturing plants for trouble shooting and problem-solving in pre-production and production stages for all issues related to technical, materials and packaging etc
• Involve in the establishment of quality standards, monitoring product development and ensuring the quality meet our client’s requirement and product safety standards
• Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement
• Station in PRC (Dongguan) manufacturing plants for production coordination
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Factory/Production Management from the Garment manufacturing industry
• Candidates with background in IE/Lean Manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and people management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• This position requires to be stationed in Dongguan
