Job Description

Duties :

In charge of garment manufacturing & production processes
Lead the production department and oversee the daily operation
Responsible for solving different problems at production stage

Requirement :

At least 10 years of solid woven garment manufacturing experience in sizable factory with minimum 5 years’ of managerial experience
Knowledge in production operation & quality assurance
Able to calculate and articulate capacity of production line
Able to lead and motivate staff with strong desire to train and develop subordinates' full potential.
Good technical know how of denim garment
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
