We are a fast-growing company for design and ODM manufacturing of household electronic appliances, healthcare, and medical device for silver market. Our group is looking for Senior/ NPI Manager to meet the business demand. 

The role is responsible for:

• Drive cross functional departments with regard to material, process, fixtures, equipment to transfer NPI stage into Mass Production
• Work closely with manufacturing and quality team for process, fixture, quality related issue
• Work closely with engineering and supplier to debug and resolve issue to ensure the product is manufacturable for mass production 
• Act as operation technical lead in communicating engineering sample build and production pilot readiness and identifying risks
• Lead the NPI activities to ensure engineering verification test/Production verification test passed so as to transfer to Profuction pilot/Mass production

Personal requirements:

•  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar 
•  5-7 years experience in manufacturability or manufacturing
•  Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese, Thai language is an advantages
  
•  Good experience in home appliance, health care and medical device
  
•  Good presentation, communication skill and reporting
  
•  New product introduction and Manufacturing Operations experience desired

Mainly station in Thailand and travel back to Hong Kong is required
