We are inviting high calibre to join our growing Global Marketing team:

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, event co-ordination and implementing market strategy, promotional, advertising and public relation activities
• Plan, organize and source local and regional vendors for company events
• Coordinate seminars and expos on a regular basis locally and regionally
• Monitor the search engine activities especially on Google and Baidu
• Manage the social media network in Greater China and Hong Kong
• Keep track on marketing campaign performance, evaluate and analyze data and generate various reports
• Relationship management with local and regional vendors and media, including price and cooperation negotiation and handle contracts.
• Work with external vendors and internal web developers for website production and all advertising campaign development
• Draft, edit and proofread of all marketing communications materials
• Conduct market research and analysis

Requirements

• University degree holder or above, preferably degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business Studies, Journalism or related discipline
• At least 2 years working experience in marketing; experience in finance industry/ marketing agency is an advantage
• Good understanding of digital marketing and event planning
• Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to keep up with timeline
• Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF & Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in CRM system is a definite plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbally Cantonese and Mandarin)
