Responsibilities:

• Assist the department to accomplish group marketing retail functions 
• Liaise with different internal and external parties including designers,vendors, agencies & production houses on quotations, design, production & delivery for retail promotions
• Manipulate traditional retail promotion and digital channels 
  
• Manage CRM and membership program by making regular data analysis and providing insights
• Develop retail promotions from idea generation to execution
• Ensure efficient flow of retail promotions and other ad hoc projects
• Provide departmental administrative support

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with 1 - 2 years related experience , preferably gained from FMCG or retail industry  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A detail-minded team player with ability to multitask simultaneously    
• Great enthusiasm to develop career in retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English; Mandarin is a plus 
  
• PC knowledge in MS Office, internet & social media applications and Chinese word processing
• With experience in creating social media content with online video production is advantageous
