Job Responsibilities:

1. Support in communicating with established and relevant brand partners
2. Prepare and send relevant legal documents to brands and internal stakeholders
3. Support Brand Managers with project submissions and presentations
4. Maintain data in excel
5. Replenish Samples
6. Support two Brand Managers on daily activities

Required job qualifications for this position are:

• F. 6 or above depending on Candidate experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role for an international organization
  
• English is necessary: Speaking and Writing. Mandarin/Cantonese/French is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
