Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Group Manager to plan and implement CRM initiatives to achieve strategic goals in member acquisition, member retention, partnership marketing, etc.
  • Oversee the execution of CRM programs, events and all communication activities
  • Plan and execute promotion campaigns and ensure smooth operational workflow
  • Collaborate with different internal and external parties in CRM system enhancement
  • Drive the insights from data and conduct market research
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in marketing, communications or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and CRM, preferably in Food & Beverage or hospitality
  • Good project management skill and able to work independently
  • Solid experience in Food & Beverage promotions and loyalty program
  • Strong business sense and analytical skills
  • Detail-minded, organized and multi-tasking
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations and customer service is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge in CRM system and digital marketing is an advantage
