SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – SOCIAL - Marketing

OPUS is currently looking for a full time senior account executive on the behalf of our client in Hong Kong. It is one of the largest media agencies around the world. They have over 100 offices worldwide and are working with the world’s leading brands across financial services, technology and FMCG. As the senior account executive, you will focus on social media s and will be reporting directly to the SEM Manager.

Job duties:

• Work closely with the internal teams to deliver excellent account service
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to achieve social media success for all of your clients on all social media platforms (E.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, WeChat, Weibo, etc.)
• Responsible for managing various projects and must be able prioritise and handle different account activities
• Provide strategy on social media updates and advice to the client to make sure the objectives and clients expectations are met
• Responsible for the development and execution of all social media campaigns (e.g. promotions, bloggers/KOL etc.)
• Track all the social media campaigns and deliberate which areas are needed for improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to improve social media timeline (e.g. ad campaigns, product release etc.)
• Keep tabs and develop reports on the competitor campaigns on all social media sites
• Ensure that the set social media KPI’s are achieved by both yourself and the wider team

We are looking for:

• 2+ years of social media marketing experience, account service or related discipline
• Degree holder in communications, marketing, journalism, PR, arts or other related discipline
• Native level in English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin will be a plus
• You must be familiar with social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, KOL’s, WeChat)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet all the deadlines on a timely manner
