Job Responsibilities:

Perform departmental administrative support duties including receptionist role.

• Provide administrative support to the office including mailing, courier arrangements, data entry, updating and filing documents, procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and supplies, etc.
• Answer telephone calls and general enquiries
• Arrange air ticket, hotel booking
• Co-ordinate for meeting arrangement
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Arrange staff activities.

Requirements:

• Completion of HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent, diploma / higher diploma in business management will be an advantage
• Minimun 2 years of experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• general office administration knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Manage and maintain office facilities and properties to run effectively and efficiently in a very organizational manner. Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
