Our client is looking for a training specialist to educate their clients on the usage of their medical products.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide training to customers on medical devices and the relevant workflows of each product
• Lead the creation and review of education materials that will be used for training sessions
• Document all client engagements in company's database for future evaluations or follow ups

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master degree in any science field 
• Clinical/dental/orthodontic certification(s) is a plus
• Strong problem solving skills 
• Attention to detail and able to work independently 
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English whilst Mandarin is beneficial
