Merchandising Assistant/Merchandising Clerk

Duties

• Provide full clerical and administrative support to merchandising team including product photo shooting, checking & packing samples and courier arrangement
• Data input into ERP system and data analysis
• Assist the team with sourcing, product development, sampling and order follow up
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above
• At least 1-year of clerical working experience
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing is a MUST
• Proactive approach to work, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
• Hardworking, detail-minded, with good communication and organization skills.
• Willing to learn quickly and be an excellent team player
• Good written and oral English are essential, Mandarin language is required

Senior Merchandiser/ Merchandiser

Duties

• Responsible for handling customers enquiries from sourcing, pricing negotiation, quotation, product development, sampling, order processing and quality inspection
• Able to handle complex projects, provide product information, recommendation and solution to clients
• Attend tradeshows and visit vendors as required
• Consistently contribute to the growth of the business
• Maintain strong and close relationship with vendors in the following locations: Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia and China
• Excellent problem solvers and works closely with clients

Job Requirements

• University Graduate with at least 5-years of solid merchandising experience
• Proactive approach to work, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
• Have good commercial sense, communication & organizational skills and excellent problem solving skills
• Willing to learn quickly and be an excellent team player
• Excellent written and oral English are essential, Mandarin language is a MUST
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing is a MUST
• Willing to travel to Asia occasionally
