Responsibilities:

·  Lead the QA team to ensure the company's quality standards and procedures are met;

·  Provide guidance and training in quality assurance, quality control, factory assessments;

·  Work closely with factories on implementing Corrective Action Plans;

·  Review inspection results and when necessary conduct inspections/audits as required;

·  Prepare and submit management reports;

·  Plan QA team inspections schedule;

·  Lead by example in integrity, work ethic, efficiency and productivity;

·  Work with the QA Manager in developing / implementing / documenting QA initiatives;

Requirements:

·  Diploma holder or equivalent

·  A minimum of 8 years QA experience in trading or buying office in which at least 4 years in supervisory position

·  Strong technical knowledge of footwear item is a must

·  Good understanding of garment manufacturing process

·  Familiar with Social Compliance requirements

·  Organized and detail-minded with multi-tasking capabilities

·  Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken

·  Good communication skills and ability to work independently

·  Willing to travel

·  Computer literate
